Errors On www.digitalscale.com
To Whom It May Concern:
It has come to our attention that the site
www.digitalscale.com has been using text and or graphics from our site. To be
specific the affiliate description and the flowchart images have been removed
illegally and posted to your site. We discontinued the affiliate program January
2004. We would like you to remove the images that were stolen from our site as
soon as possible.
Also please remove and or amend the following remarks
on your site:
1. “Marvin Barmes continues to sell Rite Weight
Scales from somewhere in the Bahamas via the Internet on his website
www.dutchpipeltd.com (info posted below along with a strange flowchart we found

2. “After losing many of his assets and 'fleeing'
the country, he somehow continues to sell scales and "hide your money in the
ground" safes into the USA regardless.”

The first statement is completely incorrect. The Dutch
Pipe, Ltd. Site no longer sells digital scales. The pictures of the affiliate
program and flowchart were illegally stolen from our site without our
permission. The affiliate program has also been discontinued.
The second
statement is also incorrect. While Dutch Pipe, Ltd. sells RiteSafe Personal
Ground Safes, we do not sell digital scales.
We would appreciate your
cooperation in this matter.
According to your site:

Dear Marvin Barmes:
First let me start by saying that we wish you the
absolute best in your struggles and fights against the US Government. As you put
it on your site, it is truly a David Vs Goliath battle.
Under AP rules we
can put up informational items as are seen on the site. We make no claim as to
the ownership, this is merely a news site for sharing information.
We
have posted an update as per your request that you claim to have stopped selling
digital scales. However we just went to your website and you are actually still
selling Digital Scales. For example www.dutchpipeltd.com/inde...ucts_id=14
Then you also provide logos of 'US Balance' scales and other brands with a link
saying "Looking for Digital Scales, then check out Preferred Scales" which if
you follow that link brings you to a site operated by one of the Barmes family.
It doesn't seem that your post above was correct.
If there are anything
else on the site that you feel is incorrect please let us know and we will
change or correct them if necessary.
